The Submission Limit add-on allows limiting the form entries by number, location, or IP address. Also, you can set a specific date and time when your form submission should be closed.
To access the add-on, please:
- Double click on the form to open the Form Settings.
- Go to the Add-ons tab and click Open Add-ons.
- Hover over the Submission Limit add-on and click Add to Site.
As soon as the addon is installed on your form, click to open the add-on settings and Enable the type of limitation you need.
Limit submissions by quantity:
When this option is enabled, you can add the total number of submissions you want to collect. In addition, you can set the time period (Day, Week, Month) during which that number of submissions is allowed.
In the Submissions limit reached text you can enter the message your users will receive and the form will not submit.
Limit by IP:
By activating this option, you can set a certain limit of entries to be submitted from the same IP address. You can also set a time frame (Day, Week, Month) during which that number of entries is permitted for the IP address.
In the Submissions limit textyou can enter the message your users will receive and the form will not submit.
Limit by date:
This option allows you to pick a specific expiration date and time for your form. After the date, the submissions will be closed to everyone.
In the Submissions deadline textyou can enter the message your users will receive and the form will not submit.
Limit by country:
Using the option of country limitation, you can allow or restrict the form submissions for a number of countries.
In the Country restriction text you can enter the message your users will receive and the form will not submit.
The Submission Limit add-on is supported in the Premium plans.
