Receiving Notification Email Once the Form is Submitted

Modified on Tue, 12 Nov at 2:23 PM

By setting your email address to your Boom Form, each time your form is submitted you'll receive an email notifying you about it. The Notification emails are sent right after users submit the form.

Follow the quick steps to set an email:
  • Double click on the form to open the Settings.
  • Settings section.
  • Set your email in the Send submitted forms to.

Thus, you'll be able to keep track of the submissions straightaway by email.

By activating Attach PDF toggle button, you'll receive the submission as PDF file in your notification email.

By activating Exclude empty toggle button, you can exclude the fields that are not required and were not filled in by the user from notification email.

By activating Insert only toggle button, you can skip notification emails.

By activating Custom submission ID toggle button you can set a custom ID and use it as the submission ID in notification emails, instead of the system-provided ID. For example: ABC-1. This ID will be automatically incremented for future submissions and reflected in notification
