To get started:
- Add the Zapier add-on from the Add-ons Store.
- Go to your form's settings and copy the code from the Zapier Add-on.
- Go to your Zapier account to integrate the Boom Form app.
- After the integration, you'll see this window opening. Paste the code that you've copied and boom!
Also you can choose a Zapier template from the options below. 
Note: the add-on is available on Premium subscriptions.
