Secure Email Add-on

In today's digital world, email communication is a crucial part of business operations. However, the rise of phishing attempts and spam emails has made it more challenging to ensure that your emails are both delivered reliably and trusted by your recipients. That's where the Secure Email add-on comes into play, offering an extra layer of security that boosts your communication strategy. 


To connect the add-on to your calendar please follow these steps:


  • Double click on the calendar to open the Settings.
  • Click on the Add-ons section.
  • Open Add-ons Store.
  • Add the Send Secure Email add-on.


There are 2 options to connect your email to the add-on: Gmail and SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol).



To connect the Gmail you should click on Connect button and it will redirect you to your Google page window to accept the connection.


To connect the SMTP you should fill in the required fields for connection setup and save.



Once connected, all emails sent from our calendar app will be routed through your linked email account. 


Secure Email is a powerful add-on that enhances the email-sending process by utilizing verified sender credentials. By using these credentials, it ensures that your emails pass through various filters that might otherwise mark them as suspicious or spammy. This not only guarantees delivery but also improves the trustworthiness of your communication with recipients. 


Note: The add-on is supported for Professional and Business plan users.
