We all know the rules of contingency and that anything can happen off the plans we made. We cared about that too. So if anything happens and you decide to cancel your event, we sent an apology email about the cancellation automatically.

If you delete your event from the calendar, or make some changes on the event, this email would be sent to the ones who have registered for the event.
